POSITIONS OPEN ARE BELOW: 

WRSA Grassroots Technical Lead - Minnedosa 
The Westman Regional Soccer Association is seeking a reliable, dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Lead to support and deliver high-quality Grassroots Programming in the Minnedosa area. The role of the Technical Lead is to promote player development and create a positive experience for young athletes. 

The Technical Lead will be responsible for planning and leading engaging training sessions, while also supporting and mentoring volunteers as they facilitate technical stations. The successful candidate will help ensure sessions are organized, inclusive and aligned with player development principles. 

Schedule: 
- End of April until the end of June
- Tuesdays and Thursdays (evenings) 
- Approximately 3 hours per session (6 hours per week total) 


WRSA Grassroots Technical Staff - Brandon 
The Westman Regional Soccer Association in conjunction with Brandon Youth Soccer Association are seeking Technical Staff to support and deliver high-quality Grassroots Programming in the Brandon area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with young athletes and creating engaging soccer experiences. 

Technical Staff will be responsible for leading and managing technical stations during sessions, helping players develop fundamental skills in a positive environment. Staff will work under the guidance of the Technical Lead. 

Schedule: 
- End of April until the end of June
- Tuesdays and Thursdays (evenings) 
- Approximately 3 hours per session (6 hours per week total)
